Charging infrastructure: safe distribution, flexible scaling

Our charging infrastructure solutions support you in supplying AC/DC charging parks and sites reliably, in compliance with standards, and with room for expansion. We develop robust power distributors and protection concepts, from classic NH distribution to a central charging distributor with up to 15 charging points in one control cabinet.

  • Power distribution for AC/DC charging stations: Feed-in via NH busbar or NH fuse-switch disconnector for high continuous currents and clear selectivity.
  • Outgoing feeder structure for each charging point: Outgoing feeders via circuit breakers, designed for protection, serviceability, and clear isolation.
  • Protection and communication concept: Outgoing feeders for each charging station with RCD and miniature circuit breaker, integrated surge protection, and network/backend connection via an industrial switch from Telegartner.
  • Central charging distributor for up to 15 charging points: Outdoor DIN cabinet solution (IP44) with modular protection and switching chain, 22 kW AC per charging point (Type 2), MAC-based release via Shelly Blu Button 1 (Bluetooth), without OCPP/backend and without subscription model (load management via Shelly script planned).
